The greatest thing is giving me the confidence to speak more publicly on my opinions in the world of marketing and analytics. There are so many smart and more experienced people out there it feels daunting sometimes to put your hat in the ring, but being recognised by 30u30 has ratified me and encouraged me to put myself out there more and try to share my experiences and knowledge with the rest of the marketing world
