Dilki Weerakoon
Head of UK Client Strategy , Talon
Dilki has recently been appointed Head of UK Client Strategy at Talon, where she is responsible for driving organic growth of Talon's existing client base alongside leading new business pitches, through developing unique insights, strategies and ideas for agencies and clients. With over 7 years of advertising experience, Dilki has planned award-winning campaigns for the likes of McDonald's, PepsiCo and Levis and more recently went on to lead the New Business division where she was instrumental in successfully driving organic growth for Talon and OOH as a media channel. Passionate about DE&I, Dilki has devoted much for her time as a committee member for Media For All (MEFA), and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider. In 2023, Dilki was named as one of Campaign's 30 under 30, and went on to represent the OOH industry as a speaker at Campaign's Media 360 event.
