Dilki Weerakoon

As Head of UK Client Strategy at Talon, Dilki is responsible for ensuring the agency delivers best-in-class OOH, driving effectiveness and ROI for Talon's clients and leading agency new business pitches. Dilki has planned award-winning campaigns for McDonald's and PepsiCo and driven Talon's OOH growth while in a new business role. Passionate about DE&I, she is a committee member and mentor for Media For All (MEFA) and Creative Access and a qualified Mental Health First Aider volunteering her personal time to 'ImNotOK'. In 2023, Dilki was named one of Campaign's 30 under 30, and went on to make the Media Leader's Future 100 club in 2024. More recently, Dilki has taken on an active role in judging industry awards including Campaign's Media Week Awards, 30 Under 30, the DMA Awards and the MEFA Awards.
