Ivor Falvey

I am the Director of Talent & Leadership at dentsu – a constantly evolving Japanese owned, global marketing communications network of 75,000 people who are empowered to 'imagine the never before'.   We have the most amazing clients – from Microsoft and Apple to Honda and Shiseido - and our role is to create and execute the best integrated marketing solutions (advertising!) for the biggest brands in the world.   In my role, I lead a talent culture across the EMEA region, and my job is to ensure we attract, keep and develop, the very best people. My days are varied, and I work alongside our client and business leaders, our HR teams, and all our amazing talent across the world.   We hear a lot about how technology and data are making us all better at integrated marketing solutions.
