As the Chief Activation Officer, EMEA at IPG Mediabrands, she focuses on digital transformation and strategic growth across the region.Throughout her career, Lauren has held senior positions at agencies including OMG, PHD, and Havas Media Group, collaborating with more than 100 brands across various industries such as O2, NatWest, Volkswagen Group, Sainsbury's, and De Beers.Lauren specialises in developing strategies for international brands in advertising, media, and performance marketing. Her expertise includes strategic planning, activation, and innovation in the digital sphere, supported by knowledge in data, analytics, and technology, further applying emerging technologies in digital transformation initiatives.As an industry contributor, Lauren regularly writes opinion editorials and insights for advertising and media trade publications. Her approach to digital marketing and transformation has gained recognition in the field. She also speaks at industry events, discussing topics such as digital transformation initiatives, emerging technologies in marketing, and driving change in the advertising landscape.
