Katy is the co-founder and director of Piqniq, a future-facing media agency launched in 2024 that delivers cross-channel solutions for challenger brands including, Seiko Watches, GHD, and Enteromed brands. As a majority female-owned business, Piqniq is redefining the media agency landscape through innovation, tech, and a refreshingly human approach. Before founding Piqniq, Katy was Managing Director at independent agency Guerillascope, where she rose from graduate to MD by the age of 28. Over four consecutive years, she led the agency to win Campaign's Best Place to Work, recognising its inclusive culture and strong mental health support. She also played a pivotal role in securing major client wins, including Formula E and the Estée Lauder group. Katy was recognised as a Campaign Media Week 30 under 30 winner in 2018, celebrating her industry impact and leadership. Her commitment to fostering positive workplace culture earned her a place on AdWeek's New Gen Board, where she organised and led sessions focused on mental health in the media industry.
