Tess Gordon

Tess Gordon is a Senior Media Manager at RocketMill (formerly PMG), where she has progressed from Paid Media Executive to her current role. She has worked across a range of clients including Kimberly Clark, Fora, The Telegraph, and BYD, delivering impactful media strategies and performance. In addition to her client work, Tess has played a leading role in internal initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She chaired the 'Culture' pillar of RocketMill's Odyssey programme, overseeing six teams and key events that contributed to the agency's award-winning culture. She also founded the 'RemoteMill' committee to improve connection and inclusion for remote employees. Her professional interests and passions include international market growth, building inclusive workplace environments, and supporting future industry talent, with a focus on increasing representation and opportunity for women in media.
