Tobi is the Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK and is responsible for winning new clients, marketing and building the agency's external reputation. An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of leading commercial success, Tobi has been listed in the Top New Business Chiefs by Campaign magazine UK in recognition of achieving a streak of new business wins as well as embedding well-being and inclusivity policies. All driven by a desire to help the world's most famous brands achieve their growth objectives.
A champion of diversity, Tobi is the 2025 Co- chair of Omniwomen UK, Omnicom's women in leadership collective, as well as a member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership ), she is also the Executive Sponsor of Omnicom Media Group's Multicultural ERG and a proud WACL member. Recognised in 2022 as a BRim changemaker, Tobi has blended her role at OMD with managing an online platform for mothers, and writing a book, The Blend, How to Successfully Manage a Career and A Family.
